Added devel property PREMULTIPLIED_ALPHA ( "premultipliedAlpha" ).

The property enables/disables premultiplied alpha on the Visual.

Example:

control.SetProperty( Toolkit::Control::Property::BACKGROUND,
                     Property::Map().
                     Add( "premultipliedAlpha", true ));
