[ABS] [Email App] Fix issue that Auto download attachment when WiFi connected does not work, fix svace issue 68008 with memory leak
[Implementation]
1)Fix logic error when autodownload flag was set not to wifi_auto_download field of email_account_t structure but into custom field,
2)Remove unused custom fields send_read_report and service_provider_name to prevent memory leak
