selftests: bpf: Use a temporary file in test_sockmap

selftests: bpf: Use a temporary file in test_sockmap

Use a proper temporary file for sendpage tests. This means that running
the tests doesn't clutter the working directory, and allows running the
test on read-only filesystems.
