Include internal.h and imgconvert.h, they contain the prototypes for the
following functions:
ff_is_hwaccel_pix_fmt(), ff_set_systematic_pal(), ff_fill_linesize(),
ff_fill_pointer(), ff_get_plane_bytewidth()
