Remove Profile Build Dependency (Type-B)

Remove Profile Build Dependency (Type-B)

- This is for Tizen 4.0.
  (4.0 Configurability and Building Blocks requires for each package
  to have a unique name even if the target profile is different.)

- You need to create JIRA-TRE issue when SR-ing this:

  - Replace org.tizen.task-mgr with org.tizen.task-mgr-profile_mobile in mobile profile

- Please check profile/wearable/apps/native/taskmanager, which does not have spec file in tizen branch
