Rename Efl.Orient -> Efl.Gfx.Orientation

Rename Efl.Orient -> Efl.Gfx.Orientation

Summary:
And the Efl.Orientation interface -> Efl.Gfx.Orientable
(with proper c_prefix so it is not too cumbersome to use from C).
Also, turned the theme_rotation_apply() parameter into an int to avoid confusion.
