perf evsel: Synthesize PERF_SAMPLE_TRANSACTION

perf evsel: Synthesize PERF_SAMPLE_TRANSACTION

Add missing PERF_SAMPLE_TRANSACTION to perf_event__synthesize_sample()
and perf_event__sample_event_size().

This makes the "sample parsing" test pass.
