* configure.host: Set SHLIB_LIBS.
* configure.in: Substitute SHLIB_LIBS.
* configure: Rebuild.
* Makefile.in (SHLIB_LIBS): New variable.
($(SHLIB)): Use $(SHLIB_LIBS).
