* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/bits/stat.h (__S_TYPEISMQ, __S_TYPEISSEM,
__S_TYPEISSHM): Rewrite to enforce correct use the macros.  They still
always return zero.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/alpha/bits/stat.h: Likewise.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/ia64/bits/stat.h: Likewise.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/s390/bits/stat.h: Likewise.

* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/mips/bits/stat.h: Likewise.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/powerpc/bits/stat.h: Likewise.
