In makedef.pl, tidy up the MYMALLOC logic.

No need to call try_symbols() for PL_malloc_mutex, as it is found in
perlvars.h. Unlike PL_perlio_mutex, PL_malloc_mutex isn't listed in the
main !USE_ITHREADS skip list - perhaps it should be for consistency.
