[RISCV][test] Update branch-relaxation.ll with update_llc_test_checks.py [NFC]

Update `llvm/test/CodeGen/RISCV/branch-relaxation.ll` with
`update_llc_test_checks.py`, according to
https://reviews.llvm.org/D130560#3746417:
