Fixed a bug by correctly invoking CAConvertAddrToName API

Recently, DTLS code in CA layer was updated to use
CAConvertAddrtoName() API instead of inet_ntoa. The API was
wrongly invoked by passing invalid arguments. This caused
failure in security samples.
