Update OTM's unit test to use the real resource servers during OTM test

[Patch #1] Initial upload
[Patch #2] Update to use the correct path for OTM unittest w/ sample server.
[Patch #3] Remove the warnings in OTM unittest.
[Patch #4] Update to use the default SVR DB.
