Do not define function g_thread_init_glib, if not G_THREADS_ENABLED. It's

* glib/gthread.c: Do not define function g_thread_init_glib, if
not G_THREADS_ENABLED. It's not called bu g_thread_init() then,
but calls other, in that case undefined functions.
