* Makefile.am (run-cgen): Pass options to cgen.
(stamp-m32r): Build operand instance table.
(stamp-fr30,stamp-i960c): Don't build the table.
* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
* cgen.sh: New arg `options'.  Pass to cgen.
* fr30-opc.c,i960c-opc.c: Regenerate.
