	renumbering the sh-dsp registers to use distinct numbers.
sim/sh:
	* Makefile.in (interp.o): Depend on $(srcroot)/include/gdb/sim-sh.h.
	* interp.c: Include "gdb/sim-sh.h".
	(sim_store_register, sim_fetch_register): Use constants defined there.
gdb:
	* sh-tdep.c (sh_dsp_register_sim_regno): New function.
	(sh_gdbarch_init): Use it for sh-dsp.
