* acinclude.m4 (GLIBCXX_ENABLE_LIBSTDCXX_TIME): Add KIND=auto to
enable features if target OS is known to support them.
* configure.ac (GLIBCXX_ENABLE_LIBSTDCXX_TIME): Default to 'auto'.
* configure: Regenerate.
