* acinclude.m4 (BFD_CC_FOR_BUILD): Set EXEEXT_FOR_BUILD.
* doc/Makefile.am (MKDOC): Use EXEEXT_FOR_BUILD, not EXEEXT.
* aclocal.m4, configure, Makefile.in, doc/Makefile.in: Rebuild.
