[PORT FROM R2]Dump RESETIRQ1 and RESETIRQ2 at boot time

BZ: 16168

This is the equivalent of the SHTDWN traces but for the boot time.
The traces will show the RESETIRQ1 and 2 MSIC registers that are
involved in IAFW's boot flow.
