[Prevent] Unhandled isWidgetInstalled return value.

[Issue] Unchecked condition during setting widgets name.
[Bug] Prevent: 22806
[Cause] N/A
[Solution] Checked condition, throw exception if widget not installed
[Verification] Build commons. Run tests.
