Change the definition of GROUP_INTERFACE.

Change the definition of GROUP_INTERFACE.

The definition of GROUP_INTERFACE as "oc.mi.c"
does not get big meaning.
So, we change the definition to "oc.mi.grp".
Regarding opinion of Caiwen.
