Fix py-parameter.exp and scm-parameter.exp path matching

gdb/testsuite/ChangeLog:

* gdb.python/py-parameter.exp:
* gdb.guile/scm-parameter.exp: Escape the path that we are
matching against, as it might contain characters that are special
to regular expressions.
