Generate more tags in gdb/testsuite/Makefile

I noticed that the TAGS target in gdb/testsuite/Makefile does not pick
up Tcl procs defined with proc_with_prefix or gdb_caching_proc.  This
patch fixes this by updating the regexp.

Tested in Emacs.
