SM : Cleanup - private sharing test cases

* Rename getSharedPath and createSharedFile in AppInstallHelper
  to getPrivateFile and createPrivateFile (path is installed as simple
  private RW path)
* Move runAccessTest to SM test commons
* Add runAccessTest for non applications
* Change smack access checks to access checks done in proper context
