staging: tidspbridge: remove std.h

staging: tidspbridge: remove std.h

std.h introduces _TI_ _FLOAT_ _FIXED_ _TARGET_ ARG_TO_INT ARG_TO_PTR
which are no longer being used anywhere. we dont really need the
custom std.h header. remove it from the repo. where we need types,
introduce standard types.h
