* aoutx.h bfd-in.h bfd-in2.h opncls.c riscix.c som.c targets.c:
Change NO_FLAGS to BFD_NO_FLAGS to avoid conflict with an HPUX
include file.
* libbfd.c:  Create dummy getpagesize() macro if HAVE_GETPAGESIZE
isn't defined.
