	message when exception traces are active since it would generate
	redundant information.
	(Exception_Traces.Notify_Exception): put message output by a critical
	section to avoid unsynchronized output.
	(Trace_Unhandled_Exception_In_Task): put message output by a critical
	section to avoid unsynchronized output.
