* configure.in: Define TARGET in header file.
* acconfig.h (TARGET): Add #undef.
* Makefile.am (version.o, bucomm.o): Remove special targets.
* bucomm.c (target): Remove.
* nm.c (program_name): Don't declare.
(target): Make static.
* size.c (target): Make static.
* configure, config.in, Makefile.in: Rebuild.
