clean up Social & Content

As said by Ohoon Kwon in a recent email exchange, the "Accounts" part
of "Social & Content" is almost completely separate from PIM. We
should at least move libaccounts-svc into its own subdomain (as
proposed in this patch) or even move it out of "Social & Content"
entirely.

One possible alternative is "Security / Accounts" which currently
contains gSSO.

Ohoon Kwon also confirmed that domain architect of "Contact &
Calendar" is Jinmin Chung, and the domain architect of "Account" is
Ohoon Kwon. The maintainer of "Contact & Calendar" is Donghee Ye, and
the maintainer of "Account" is JiSeop Jang.

In this patch I am updating the subdomain information accordingly and
removing the redundant (?) and/or obsolete maintainer/integrator
information from the git tree list.

I'm leaving the "Social & Content" people unchanged, because I don't want
to take away rights from people who might be involved occasionally.
