Enable following features:

  * MTD (RBTX4939, NAND_TXX9NDFMC)
  * HW_RANDOM (HW_RANDOM_TX4939)
  * SOUND (SND_SOC_TXX9ACLC)
  * DMADEVICE (TXX9_DMAC)
