[PPC] Use CHECK-DAG instead of CHECK in the testcase

[PPC] Use CHECK-DAG instead of CHECK in the testcase

This test is currently sensitive to scheduling. Using CHECK-DAG allows us to
preserve the main purpose of the test and remove this sensivity.

In preparation to commit Power9 processor model.
