ARM64: tizen_bcmrpi3_defconfig: enable SQUASHFS

To support compressed readonly image from Tizen, squashfs will be
used. Enable SQUASHFS and realted configuration. For better
performance, also SQUASHFS_DECOMP_MULTI_PERCPU and
SQUASHFS_4K_DEVBLK_SIZE options are set.
