ARM64: rpi3: config: enable configurations relevant to WiFi

Enable configurations relevant to WiFi.
These configurations are basic configs for using Network.
If needs to enable more configuration, it should be enabled in future.

To use WiFi, enable the brcmfmac driver as modules.
(Needs to install modules in target.)
