mask the HDMI IRQ after suspend

mask the HDMI IRQ after suspend

BZ: 29566

when HDMI suspend, it should mask the HDMI IRQ, for it will generate
the HDMI plug out interrupt after shutdown the MSIC_VHDMICNT, and
the interrupt will wake up the system frequency if the HDMI cable
inserted.
