* tools/dbus-cleanup-sockets.c: add utility to clean up sockets
in /tmp (though on Linux this will end up being useless,
when we add abstract namespace support)

* configure.in: define DBUS_SESSION_SOCKET_DIR in addition to
subst'ing it
