* configure.in (libc_link_dests, libc_link_sources): Remove these

variables and the AC_LINK_FILES call.

* sysdeps/powerpc/soft-fp/Versions (libc: GLIBC_2.3.2): Fix last
change to put new symbols here instead of in GLIBC_2.2.
* sysdeps/powerpc/Subdirs: Move this file ...
* sysdeps/powerpc/soft-fp/Subdirs: ... here.
