Validation fixes in dEQP-VK.pipeline

Validation fixes in dEQP-VK.pipeline

- Corrected out of range minDepthBounds value
- Added missing image layout transitions
- timestamp, cache tests: pass data through geometry shader
- cache test: use correct initialLayout in attachment when starting
  a second render pass
