manual: add FAQ `Debugging Make Rules'.

* doc/automake.texi (Debugging Make Rules): New FAQ section.
(Top, FAQ): Adjust menus, and capitalization of the description
of the `Hard-Coded Install Paths' node.
(Multiple Outputs): Add comment to restore font-lock for vim.
