hdr: used line_n_int to trigger osd rdma [2/2]

PD#SWPL-4582

Problem:
g12b revb osd blend shift issue still exist
when hdr enable/disable

Solution:
used line_n_int to trigger osd hdr rdma,
this workaround can fix shift issue

Verify:
verify by g12b revb
