Made scale parameter optional for mul kernel wrapper (#12949)

* Added missed operator*(GMat, GMat). Made scale parameter optional for mul kernel.

* Fixed perf test for mul(GMat, GMat) kernel

* Removed operator*(GMat, GMat) as not needed
