mrpd: add and test parser with mvrp and mmrp.

mrpd: add and test parser with mvrp and mmrp.

This code has printfs inplace to compare old and new parsing methods.
Outputs match. Note that command strings for mmrp and mvrp have changed
a little to make the format more closely match that of msrp.
