local / arm: dts: exynos4: Add sysmmu node

From the commit "iommu/exynos: Play nice in multi-platform builds"
(a7b67cd5d9afb94fdcacb71b43066b8d70d1d218). Sysmmu node become
mandatory to enable it. This patch adds the node for exynos4.
