gcr: Add support for unlocking files in gcr-viewer

 * Add a GcrRenderer which displays unlock widgets
 * Add method to GcrViewer which allows insertion of renderer before another
 * Functionality in GcrDisplayView for showing dialog like widgets in view
 * Fixes for removing renderer from view
 * Parser fixes for enabling all formats
 * Parser fixes for PKCS#12 parsing with locked data
