This directory contains the prebuilt helper binaries necessary to grab traces
on the devices (e.g., memdump, ps_ext). The repository actually contains only
the SHA1 hashes (in prebuilt_name.sha1) of the latest version of the prebuilts.
The corresponding binaries are stored in Google Cloud Storage and synced on
demand at runtime (in this folder) by prebuilts_fetcher.py.
