  73 <p>At the last minute I decided to merge the <samp>speller-util</samp> program
  74 into the main <samp>aspell</samp> program.  You may wish to remove that
  75 <samp>speller-util</samp> program to avoid confusion.  This also means that
  76 dictionaries designed to work with the snapshot will no longer work
  77 with the official release.
