  12 <a href="http://www.gnome.org/">Gnome</a> project.</p><p>Here are some key points about libxslt:</p><ul><li>Libxslt is a C implementation</li>
  13   <li>Libxslt is based on libxml for XML parsing, tree manipulation and XPath
  14     support</li>
  15   <li>It is written in plain C, making as few assumptions as possible, and
  16     sticking closely to ANSI C/POSIX for easy embedding. Should works on
  17     Linux/Unix/Windows.</li>

  19   Licence</a></li>
  20   <li>Though not designed primarily with performances in mind, libxslt seems
