  16 <p>This runs a package&#39;s &quot;restart&quot; script, if one was provided.
  17 Otherwise it runs package&#39;s &quot;stop&quot; script, if one was provided, and then
  18 the &quot;start&quot; script.</p>
  19 <p>If no version is specified, then it restarts the &quot;active&quot; version.</p>
  20 <p>npm can run tests on multiple packages. Just specify multiple packages
  21 in the <code>packages</code> parameter.</p>
