   3 - update json protocol to support rangerequests with PropertyList instead of a singel property (Verify)
   4 - source export from database plugin does not reflect the source in the database
   5 - no reason for pluginloader to track sources.  core already does it.
   6 - create docs for all plugins (README)
   7 - handle badly formed messages properly (ie not crash) in websocketsink
   8 - grep all the TODOs in the code and do them
   9 - investigate and enable use of provisioning in ssl websockets
