   4 The GStreamer team is pleased to announce the first release of the unstable
   5 1.11 release series. The 1.11 release series is adding new features on top of
   6 the 1.0, 1.2, 1.4, 1.6, 1.8 and 1.10 series and is part of the API and ABI-stable 1.x release
   7 series of the GStreamer multimedia framework. The unstable 1.11 release series
   8 will lead to the stable 1.12 release series in the next weeks. Any newly added
   9 API can still change until that point.

  13 cycle, highlighting all the new features, bugfixes, performance optimizations
  14 and other important changes.

  27 around their neck, or a lock-up license, or any other problem that makes you
  28 think twice about shipping them.

  32 son less because he's not as pretty as the other ones ? No  - she commends
  33 him on his great personality.  These plugins are the life of the party.
  34 And we'll still step in and set them straight if you report any unacceptable
  35 behaviour - because there are two kinds of people in the world, my friend:
  36 those with a rope around their neck and the people who do the cutting.

  39 This module contains a set of plugins that have good quality and correct
  40 functionality, but distributing them might pose problems.  The license
  41 on either the plugins or the supporting libraries might not be how we'd
  42 like. The code might be widely known to present patent problems.
