   7 The sgml-common package gathers very basic stuff necessary to
   8 work with SGML and XML.

  10 They currently contain:
  11   - xml.dcl: SGML declaration of XML
  12   - iso-entities: the basic SGML ISO entities
  13   - install-catalog: a script used to add entries to (or remove
  14     entries from) centralized catalogs. These entries are pointers
  15     to SGML open catalogs as defined by OASIS (see TR9401:1997 on
  16     http://www.oasis-open.org).
  17   - sgmlwhich: a small script telling where SGML main configuration file
  18     is located (provided for compatibility with non-FHS systems)

  24 The sgml-common files are inspired by the former scripts from the
  25 DocBook-Tools distribution (hosted by Cygnus sourceware project).
